About Shipping

Delivery Rates

FCLT-E works closely with its couriers to provide the best shipping and delivery experience at competitive rates. We determine the exact delivery charges at order confirmation based on the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all items in the shopping cart. Below you find some basic guidelines for estimating shipping costs for your reference.

The total delivery cost is calculated by adding the “Per Delivery” cost and the “Per Item” or “Per kg” cost. “Per Item” costs are applied to the number of items and “Per kg” are applied to the actual weight (listed as delivery weight) and dimensional weight (delivery package dimensions – space that the item will take up in a delivery vehicle).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, “Import Fees”), which are levied by the shipping destination’s customs office. Import Fees are calculated in a variety of ways, according to the destination’s customs regulations. Some components that may play a role in Import Fee calculation are:
  1. Product category (HS code)
  2. Product price
  3. Shipping costs
  4. Package weight
  5. Customs clearance channel
  6. Portions of the Import Fees themselves (such as import taxes based on customs duties amounts)

In some destinations, no Import Fees apply for shipments falling below a de minimis value. Contact your shipping destination’s customs office for more information.

Import Regulations

When ordering from, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Note: Customs offices in some destinations require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as Passport, Tax ID, etc.
